The first layer:Non-woven fabrics are moisture-proof, breathable, flexible,
light-weight, non-combustible, easy to decompose, non-toxic and
non-irritating, rich in color, waterproof, and can block droplets.
The second layer:The melt blown cloth filter material is made up of polypropylene
microfibres, which are randomly distributed and adhered
together.The appearance of the material is white, flat and soft.
The fineness of the material fiber is 0.5-1.0 μ M. the random
distribution
of the fiber provides more opportunities for thermal bonding
between the fibers. Therefore, the melt blown gas filter material
has
a larger specific surface area and a higher porosity (≥ 75%). After
high pressure electret filtration efficiency, the product has
the characteristics of low resistance, high efficiency and high
dust capacity.
The third layer:Comfortable and healthy, fits the face, and does not appear
allergic when worn.
Disposable protective masks: Disposable protective masks are mostly composed of 2 ~ 3 layers of
non-woven fabrics. Disposable protective masks are mainly used for
dustproof and filtering granular objects.
Disposable medical masks: Disposable medical masks are composed
of 3 layers, including two layers of non-woven fabrics and one

can not pass the larger particles so it can effectively block the
Hazardous substances.
